Social Realism Moodboard

Before carrying out extensive research into the genre, I created a moodboard presenting my initial ideas for my social realism trailer. I began with the idea focusing around teenagers and young adults, I was particularly inspired by 'Trainspotting' and 'Skins'. The square colours at the bottom of the moodboard are colours that I thought were most appropriate for this genre. I also had the idea that social realism films usually had dark and light colours contrasting one another within a scene.
